How to solve an application crashing when I log in to VPS

Hello,

I am trying to run some trading software (Tradestation) on a Microsoft Azure VPS. Very often when I log in to my VPS, Tradestation crashes. .

I get the following message in event viewer but I'm not technical so I have no idea what any of this means or how to stop it happening.
