Windows 11 pro

  • Signed in with a work account xyz@workemail.com (it's a AzureAD/PersonsName account.)
  • Through the users interface (work or school account,) added 2nd user via abc@workemail.com (also a AzureAD user.) It did not ask for password.
  • Cannot login with the added user. Tried AzureAD\SecondUser as well as abc@workemail.com States un/pw are wrong.
  • abc@workemail.com is logged into another computer as well

I can't find an answer as to how to enable multiple work accounts to login to a single computer. These computers are not part of a local domain, company is too small.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

    hi ,

Verify that the accounts xyz@workemail.com and abc@workemail.com have the proper access and permissions within Azure AD. Make sure that there are no restrictions or policies preventing multiple users from logging in on the same device.

Navigate to Settings > Accounts > Access school or work. Verify the presence of both users and their correct sign-in. If not, attempt to take the second user out and add them back.

Rebooting the device could sometimes fix login problems. See if it helps to log in with the second user after restarting the computer.
