Purchased my ASUS laptop October 2020, it came with a 13 digit Microsoft Product Key and has worked until today. Suddenly I cannot edit Word, Excel, etc and there is no Subscription history to look up. When entering in said product key nothing happens, no prompt to move forward, no alert message, no reason, etc.
Excel Account information only has red bar that says "We've run into a problem with your Microsoft 365 subscription, and we need your help to fix it." What help? What do I do?
I've ran through updates.
