I am facing Troubleshooting issue in my laptop because of which i am unable to take the scheduled exam

Hi Team,
I am facing Troubleshooting issue in my laptop because of which I am unable to take the scheduled exam for the day i.e. Wednesday, April 3, 2024 Time: 09:00 AM India Standard Time. I have tried with 3 laptops and in all the 3 laptops i am getting the same error. I have checked my system settings and everything looks fine, there are no webcam issues nor any WebSocket connections are blocked. I have attached the screenshot here within exam error.png which describes the error i am facing. So could you please help me in getting this issue resolved and also i would like you to reschedule my exam for the future date. Kindly do the needful.
