How to get history of windows login and logoff from Active Directory in C#

Question

currently i am working in IT organization. some of our colleagues are coming to office in various time.

so, my managers are struggling to get of each employee windows login time.

we are planning to develop one system which is when every employee logging into the system for everyday.

when we found like above details, we can develop reports like how many hours are employee spending for the official work.

So,i want get history of windows login everyday for all company domain users.

if users logging in wondows at everytime for a day, we want to capture the date and time of the details.

Is it possible to get the above said details and develop in .net..?

if i get the above information, my company saving lots of money..

This is very very urgent and it is required to implement in many places....

Pls. hep us to get the solution for the above....
