Change language from Windows 11 OFFLINE

Hi all,

We have SCCM to deploy packages and administrate the devices.

I want to add / change language because my organization want to do it...

I try to download APPX from store and deploy it to de devices but doesn't work (https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p6jmkjqz9s7?hl=en-us&gl=US). It's installed correctly but doesn't appear the language at menu:

How can I add the new language? I want change from es-ES to ca-ES

    You need to download the Language Pack CAB file for your desired language.

    Download them from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/default.aspx. Install these language packs on your SCCM server.
