slow API querying in https://oai.azure.com/

Today I found very slow the interection with https://oai.azure.com/ i'm using West US gpt-4 with vision, updated to the latest endpoint (2024-03-01-preview) but same issue with the previus. It is 45 to 70 seconds for each interaction even with few tokens. Same problem witht the API from my application. No issues advised in https://azure.status.microsoft/it-it/status

Mean while, you can check if there are any changes in the usage of your Azure resources that might be causing the slowdown. You can use the Azure portal to monitor your resource usage and costs. You can also use the Azure Monitor to collect and analyze metrics and logs for your Azure resources.

This can help you identify any spikes in resource usage or other issues that might be causing the slowdown.

I would suggest you, check the documentation to Improve performance.

I have checked internally and not found any known issues in West US region.
