How to see calendar invites in original email linked calendar when an autoforward is set up to a joint inbox

Hi - I have an email which I have set up to autoforward to a joint inbox with my jobshare partner. I have used the Autoforward function in the online exchange to do this.

The problem is that when calendar invites are forwarded to the joint inbox, they are no longer visible in my original calendar (only the joint calendar). Is there a way that I can see them in both (i.e keep a copy of the invite in my original calendar)? I dont want to keep a copy of the emails in my original inbox if I can help it!

Thanks in advance!

Chloe

It's all or nothing for saving forwarded items... unless you use a rule.

Create two - condition for first is Type - choose invitation for one and stop processing. The second rule will forward everything and delete.

    Hi @Chloe Fletcher ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do you mean that you enable forwarding feature & don't select "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" option but you want to show calendar events in your own Calendar, right?

If so, you can replace this auto-forwarding feature with rules. Just create the below two rules and don't select Stop processing more rules:

    Hope to help you!
