We are getting below error message when authenticating to our app by end user using work account.

AADSTS650052: The app is trying to access a service 'd42ffc93-cxxxxxxxxxxx8fd'(Microsoft Advertising API Service) that your organization '304eb6xxxxxxxxxxx1450' lacks a service principal for. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions or consent to the application in order to create the required service principal.

By seeing different blogs and documentation we figured out Microsoft Advertising API Service permission is missing in our app permission

when we try adding api permission from the azure where we are not able see Microsoft Advertising API Service.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Thanks
