Couple of causes of this but ultimately I'm going to guess that your company has a policy that prevents BYOD to the network. As such your device is not allowed to connect to the resources provided by the company. You need to get your IT team involved to resolve this as they need to allow your device (or device type) access. This is a security policy that prevents malicious users from adding arbitrary devices to a network.
Another cause of this is when your account has already been associated with too many devices. In this case you cannot use your account to access another device. This is more prevalent with personal accounts. In that case you can go to your Microsoft account online and then to your devices and remove the old devices.
