Edge driver is failing on creation when deployed to an Agent machine but not locally. How do i fix this?

Question

My test run fine locally on my machine and a colleges, however when it is put into the pipeline and deployed to the dev/stg environment. I am receiving this error and my tests are not running.

*Note : i have received the same results when i created the driver using new EdgeDriver(); with no arg.
