good afternoon. I am looking for help adding closed captioning to our power point presentation for our sunday services. I would like to add closed captioning for our deaf community that attends our service. We would like to have the closed captioning for when the sermon is being presented. Is this possible and if so any help in detail setting it up on our presentation would be very much appreciated. is this possible in office 2021 or do i need to use office 365?

In PowerPoint 2016 or better, you can add closed captions to videos that are in your presentation:

In PowerPoint 365, you can add real-time captions captured from a microphone placed on the pulpit:

Other than those 2 scenarios, you will have to add text to a presentation in text boxes or text placeholders.
