Cant login to Azure on my windows OS on my laptop

I can not log into Azure only on my windows laptop where I need it most. It works on my phone, it works on my Linux, but in windows it just keeps looping shown in the videos. I have tried incognito, I have tried clearing browser cache, and I even downloaded chrome AND firefox but both still give the loop and I cannot log in. I tried logging out everywhere, I tried using Hotspot instead of wifi, I dont know what to do anymore, this ONLY happens with Azure.
Clicking "submit a support ticket" on azure also brings me to the loop.
Another related issue: In Microsoft Learn, I allowed permissions for Sandbox, but it wont let me use sandbox, it says its creating one, then verify my account, and repeat in a loop...
I am stuck.

You are trying to login to the portal with the same account that you are used to login on your windows laptop?.

HTTP Status Codes: Successful requests usually return a status code of 200. If you see this status code in the network tab for your login request, it typically means the login was successful.
- Successful API Calls: After logging in, the Azure portal makes several API calls to fetch data. If these calls are successful (i.e., they return a 200 status code), it indicates that you have proper access.
The network tab in developer tools records all network requests made by your browser, so there might be a lot of data to sift through. Using the “Filter” option can help you narrow down the requests and find the ones related to login and access. Azure support team usually request this trace to analyse and help you.
