I accidentally deleted a resource group recently. Is there a way to recover it?

In short, no. There is no support for restoring resources you deleted

Going forward, you might consider creating resource locks. More at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/lock-resources?tabs=json

What about individual resources like key vault, storage accounts, databases?

Azure Storage, Key Vault, and databases include multiple provisions that facilitate preserving/restoring their content - deleting the resource is not recoverable unless you backed them up first.

Consider using resource locks going forward to protect from accidental changes/deletions. That's precisely what they are for.
