Cannot connect to VM...kinda.

I am unable to connect to a Azure VM through the client.wvd site in a browser, nor am I able to connect to the VM from the management portal under the Host Pool in Azure, as it tells me the vm can't be reached. However, I can connect through a standard rdp connection from another vm, and can open a console connection from inside Azure. One area in Azure tells me the vm is healthy while another tells me it's shutdown and cannot be started because it can't be reached. The is a generic vm setup exactly the same as the others in that Host Pool. It wasn't an issue until somewhat recently, and I did notice the agent version is older than the others. Any ideas?

Hi @J Rogers , as you mentioned Host Pool, I think you refer to a Session Host in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

It may be that AVD agent failed to update. Please follow the troubleshooting steps. Otherwise, search for a more similar issue in the same page.
