PC keeps shutting down while gaming

Bought a pre-built Starforge PC. Worked great until a few days ago while playing helldivers 2 it abruptly crashes turning my monitor off and disconnecting my wireless headset. The PC still seems to be on and the lights and fans will still run until I long press the power button to reboot. It happens at random times while playing helldivers 2, sometimes upon launch, sometimes when interacting with something, or sometimes just when running around in game. I get an error in event viewer that says "A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event." from source WHEA-Logger. Doesn't seem to be an overheating issue as I've been monitoring them using AMD Adrenaline and they never get too high. I have tried a number of things already including updating my drivers, updating windows, removing old drivers, and lowering game settings. Windows also seems to be disabling my Graphics card and swapping to the built in graphics every few times this happens, and won't re-enable properly until I uninstall it from device manager and reinstall it through amd compatibility tool. I have also tried playing another game but my PC never crashed while playing it, but seeing as it happens at random intervals I can't rule out that it would. It may be worth noting that while playing my CPU is at 100% constantly and my memory is nearly maxed out.

My specs are:

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

GPU AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT

A sudden shutdown during Helldivers 2 points more towards overheating or power supply issues rather than a critical hardware failure. Download a program like HWMonitor or Core Temp to monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures while playing the game. If they reach above 85 degrees Celsius, overheating is a likely culprit.

Reduce graphics settings in Helldivers 2 to lower the load on your hardware and check the PSU.If your PSU is underpowered, consider upgrading.
