Do i need to open iSCSI port 3260 on the client machine for MARS agent to recover back data from the cloud backup vault? or just 443 is enough?

Hello @Arunkumar Thank you and appreciate your patience in this matter.

    Here is the final answer:
For MARS Agent File level restore flow, there is no outbound traffic on 3260. There is traffic within the same machine to port 3260 as the Agent presents an iSCSI service for windows to connect to. As long as that is not blocked you should be good to go.

The following document Support matrix for backup with the Microsoft Azure Recovery Services (MARS) agent shares the access requirements:
    URL and IP access
The MARS agent needs access to these URLs:
    http://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt
    • *.Microsoft.com
    • *.WindowsAzure.com
    • *.MicrosoftOnline.com
    • *.Windows.net
    And to these IP addresses:
    • 20.190.128.0/18
    • 40.126.0.0/18
Access to all of the URLs and IP addresses listed above uses the HTTPS protocol on port 443.
