Bitrix - Outlook 365 integration ( moving emails to folders )

Hello to the community.
We using the CRM Bitrix with outlook 365 , we manage the integration and all its fine with emails.
What we have a problem is when we try to move emails in Bitrix to folders does not do anything.
Bitrix support told us that might the outlook 365 does needs some configutarions for "allowing" the bitrix also to move emails to diferent folders.
Is there any kind of settings that we need to do ?
