How to download the source files necessary for the installation of an "App" from the Microsoft Store ?

Is there a procedure that allows the download of the source installation files, from a legitimate and reliable source, in order to then create in "MCM" the Application "Appx" for Deployment on Computers?

Note : Infrastructure No Co-managed with InTune.

Thank you for your patience and support.
