There are many library available for qrcode/barcode. I found one library, that use camera to scan barcode and then, generate text but it is using camera to do that. But, I want to look for an library that will pick image(qrcode/barcode image) from gallery and then, scan it and give me text? Can anyone tell me?

Microsoft Q&A currently does not support questions related to the use and recommendation of third-party plug-ins.
It is more recommended that you post a feature request for selecting files for scanning to the issue in the Github repository of the plug-in you are using.
