CANT CREATE WORK PROFILE IN INTUNE MOBILE APP

I have one plus nord phone still it is showing same error can't create work profile kindly guide how to enroll through Android device administrator. Also my device is supporting Android enterprise.

From your description, I know you are looking for guidelines for Android enrollment.

Based on my research, Microsoft Intune will end support for Android device administrator management on devices with access to Google Mobile Services (GMS) in the future. Therefore, it is suggested that you enroll into Intune using Android enterprise.

Firstly, there are some Intune requirements you should meet.

And then here are some Android device enrollment guidelines you can refer.

Please note that you should connect your Intune account to your Managed Google Play account before you can create work profile.

Here I have some suggestions you can try to see if it can fix the issue:

Method 1: Check if any work profile existing on this device. Remove it and try again:

1.Go to Settings->Passwords & Accounts

2.Find Work Tab

3.Remove Work Profile and enroll again.

Method 2: Use adb tool to see if any profile existing and delete it.

1, Use adb tool to list the account situation on your phone:

adb shell pm list users

2, If any existing work profile existing, use adb shell pm remove-user to delete this work profile on your device and enroll again.

Method 3: Reset the device if possible. Then do the re-enroll.

Hello thanks for asking...but still I am unable to create profile on my phone...also my IT department people said me to change the phone Because of this issue...plz guide me i am facing many problems

To clarify whether the issue is related to your phone, could you please change another Phone which meets Intune enrollment requirement and try again to check whether it can create profile on the phone.

My phone already meets intune requirements still i am unable to create profile... request to please set up my work profile urgently...its very much important
