i am unable to download it , i am gettimg an error

    First uninstall Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable

    Reboot then reinstall via this download

    Thanks for your information. From this article, we can know there are several fairly common scenarios to trigger this issue:

    1. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package is missing or is damaged.
    2. There are pending Windows Updates.
    3. Sound drivers are not installed.
    4. The video card is too old to support the latest version of iTunes.

    You can follow the methods in the order:

    1. Install/Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package
    2. Install Pending Windows Updates
    3. Update the Sound Divers Manually
    4. Install an Older iTunes Version Before Updating to the Latest.
    5. Start Windows Installer & Windows Module Installer Services
