Is there a Azure Private and Public DNS name mapping data source?

Is there a site where one can down load (e.g. a json file) the current Azure Private to Public DNS resource name mappings? I know there's a web site, but it's quite hard to scrape all the data.

• Export DNS zone file via portal : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dns/dns-import-export-portal
• Rest API call Record Sets - List All By Dns Zone which will list all record sets in a DNS zone in JSON format.
