I am not a technical person. I am a solopreneur. Today my client provided access to their sharepoint and I was blocked in Microsoft as a risky user. I have been into the DNS to find out if there is something there I should change, now I am in Azure to de-risk myself. I have tried changing my password and I can't follow your instructions. can someone help me please? Mel.ross@adapt2digital.com
Your client needs to handle that on their side. They can add your as a guest in their tenant and/or take care of whitelisting your account in Entra. Nothing you can do at the moment.
