This may be due to a problem with the PST file and its indexing. Clean your mailbox:
- Click on the File menu
- Then Tools and in the Clean mailbox drop-down menu
If the error persists, repair your mailbox.
Finally, try these solutions:
- Check if you have a good internet connection Temporarily disable the Antivirus program and Windows Firewall
- Delete all unnecessary, large and suspicious emails to fix error 0x80040610
- Repair your MS Outlook application
