Sending' reported error (0x80040610) The message being sent exceeds the message size established for this user

For the last two week, I have been receiving the error message, "Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending' reported error (0x80040610) : 'The message being sent exceeds the message size established for this user.'" It comes up about every 30 seconds or so. I clear it but it just keeps popping up. How can I clear this once and for all?

Hello,

This may be due to a problem with the PST file and its indexing. Clean your mailbox:

• Click on the File menu
• Then Tools and in the Clean mailbox drop-down menu

If the error persists, repair your mailbox.

Finally, try these solutions:

• Check if you have a good internet connection Temporarily disable the Antivirus program and Windows Firewall
• Delete all unnecessary, large and suspicious emails to fix error 0x80040610
• Repair your MS Outlook application
