Azure account lock out -- no reply from support (paid plan)

Hello,

My primary Azure account has been locked last week with no explanations, and I have been unable to log in or manage the resources that are running are that account. Meanwhile, Azure has continued to charge my account and send me emails as if nothing has happened. I filed a support ticket for this from an alternative account under a paid plan, but it has been more than a week and there has been no response, way above the stated goals of 8 hour response time.

This issue is causing unacceptable delay and interruption to my work, on top of financial problems due to running resources.

Can someone help? The support case number is 2403260040014183. Happy to provide more information if necessary.

    @Tianyu Li Confirmed they are now able to login to the Azure portal using another login information. However, they do not have all their resources listed,

    @Tianyu Li Confirmed access issue has been resolved however, not all resources can be seen on the tenant. 

    Solution:

    • Provided steps to elevate access for his Global Administrator account using the Azure portal 
    • Confirmed all resources can now be viewed.
