How do you import contacts to Outlook client?

If you add a contact directly from the Outlook client, will it show up in the To field?

According to my tests, populating the To field is also related to Outlook's autocomplete feature. Please check that you have enabled autocomplete. Go to the File >Options>Mail>Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines.

If it's not added to the contact, it's related to the autocomplete list. Based on my tests, I tried to add a new user to the contact, and the first time I sent an email, there was also a contact prompt.

Good morning,
sorry for the late response but the customer took a while to respond.

Indeed, when you create a new contact in the directory the automatic entry works, and it also works when you enter the email address completely for the first time. However, this does not retrieve the download directory.
I think we'll leave it there. I explained that we had no further solution to offer him.
