Multiple cloud sync agents and one tenant

Question

I've setup a cloud sync agent on one of our domain controllers. I would like to setup another agent on one of our backup domain controllers at another site for redundancy. How do I see which is the primary agent or are there configurations that need to be completed to designate one agent a primary over the other?

With Cloud Sync, you don't need to set the agents as primary or secondary, high availability occurs when you install additional agents as per our documentation. The recommendation is to have at least 3 agents per AD forest:
