Authenticator lost other apps

The authenticator app logged me out whilst I was on holiday, so have been unable to access other apps that I use the authenticator for.

Had issues getting back into the authenticator app, now resolved but the only account showing is my outlook account. Whenever I now try to log into other apps that I setup with it, I cant do anything, as they ask for the two factor authentication code. Any idea what I can do? One of them has asked for a recovery code with the account not showing I cant add it.

Just dont know how to resolve it as cant log into the app to query it. Will I have to contact the app itself or is there another way I can add them back to the authenticator app?

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.
