To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly follow below steps:
1.Export and check the GPO setting by CMD command:
gpresult /h c:\temp\gp.html
to see if there's any windows firewall setting managed by your organization.
2.Check the network environment and make sure the firewall is configuerd well in it.
3.Check if there's any other antivirus application running and impact the traffic.
