How is Defender Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) Billed?

On the pricing page it shows that it can be billed hourly:

Defender Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)£0.006/Billable resource/hour

But in the Microsoft Defender for Cloud portal, it states: Pricing:

$5/Billable resource/Month

Which is it? If I only have a Virtual Machine provisioned for a couple of hours, will I be billed $5 or a fraction of that?

    Hi @Mike Cain , based on the pricing page, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) is billed based on the number of billable resources per hour. The pricing page shows that it is billed at £0.006/Billable resource/hour. This means that if you have a Virtual Machine provisioned for a couple of hours, you will be billed a fraction of £0.006 for each hour that the Virtual Machine is provisioned.

    However, the Microsoft Defender for Cloud portal states that the pricing is $5/Billable resource/Month. This could be a monthly minimum charge for each billable resource.
