Outlook inbox is not working properly.

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of our users is having an issue with receiving emails to outlook inbox.

We created a custom folder (AP) inside an inbox, but mails are going to the custom folder instead of the inbox.

 We have separated the custom folder (AP) from the inbox, but mails are still going to the custom folder.

    Are you using New Outlook or OWA?

    What is your account type?outook.com account?

    Please go to Settings to check if there is any rule impact. Go to Settings>>Mail >>Rules >>Check all rule.

    Use inbox rules in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web - Microsoft Support.

    Hi, Here is your response to solve the issue.

    1. First Please check and modify inbox rules in your Outlook settings to confirm that version , any redirecting mails to custom folder or find rules to modify, change or delete.
    2. To disable find or modify rules redirecting emails to the custom folder.
    3. Review and Check all the properties of custom folders..
    4. Reset and restore your view settings for inbox and custom folder.
    5. Verify account configuration in Outlook.
