BSOD WONT STOP I TOOK IT TO A SHOP DPC_WATCHDOG

I KEEP GETTING THE BSOD WHENEVER I DOWNLOAD A GAME FROM ANY LAUNCHER OR UPDATE A GAME FROM, STEAM, ROCKSTAR GAMES LAUNCHER AND EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING NOTHING IS OVERHEATING I TOOK IT TO A SHOP THEY RAN A DEEP DIAGNIOS AND COUDNT RECREATE THE PROBLEM. i got the pc back it worked good for weeks and bam i get the bsod again or sometimes it just restarts whenever i download or update anything from those launchers. it doesnt really happen while playing games or anything like that.The shop updated all my drivers and stuff. i checked event log it says "Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power cannot be found. " and another crash says "The description for Event ID 7000 from source Service Control Manager cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer." one more says something about amd master but most of them are the first one i listed. please help i already wasted $100 at a shop they said all my hardware was good and said if it keeps happening replace motherboard but it started happening weeks after i got my pc so i really doubt its that and it happens mainly when download games from launchers. PLEASE HELP

The same occurred for me when I tried the same on my PC. I was running my site as well aiou llb and then the game crashed wiping the data with it too!
