1.What account do you mean (local account or domain account)?
2.Did you make your account password less successfully? You can try to use the changed password to sign in other app/program/website to see if it is successful.
3.What app/program/website do you sign in? Did you sign in app/program/website successfully before you made your account password less?
4.What error message did you receive when you cannot sign in?
You can try to clear credential cache or website credential cache and then check if you can sign in successfully.
If you make your account password as before, please check if you can sign in to the account successfully.
