AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions, Certificate and Transcript is not visible in my dasdhboard

Dear Team, It is been more than 72 hours but I did not receive my transcript and certificate. When I click on "view certificate" the page has a blank screen. When I logged in to my dashboard it displays a message "Congratulations on passing Exam AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions" but there is no transcript and certificate. I have tried three different browsers, firefox, chrome and latest Microsoft edge in private window but the result was same. I have also a score report from Pearson VUE that shows pass status. Kindly email my transcript and certificate.
