    Hi @ßع Ғ-М ,
What's the type of your account(POP, IMAP, Exchange)?
What's the version of your Outlook client(File>Office account>About Outlook), please ensure that you have updated to the latest version.

I don't have a Sent Folder and e-mails sit in Outbox Folder

Do you mean that all messages that you have sent before are in Outbox now, or just the new messages that you would like to send now are stuck in Outbox?
Could you send messages normally now? It's suggested to send a message to yourself for testing.
Has this issue been occurred only recently? Have you performed any special operations before it?

In order to confirm if the issue is related to your account, it's suggested to log in your account to Web Mail to check if your Sent items could display normally in your Sent folder.

If they could display normally in Web Mail, the issue may be related to the Outlook, please troubleshoot it by the steps below:

    • Firstly, if all messages that you sent before are in Outbox, considering it may be related to the corrupted folder structure, it's suggested to reset your folder to test if the issue has any difference(Windows+ R> type "Outlook.exe /resetfolders">Enter)
    • Also, based on my research, you may not find the Sent Items folder when Outlook isn't setup to keep a copy of sent items. Please try to check it via File>Options>Mail>Save messages>check "Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder".
    • If the issue could be reproduced, considering the corrupted data file may also cause it, it's suggestd to repair your data file to check.
    • If that's still invalid, the issue may be related to your corrupted Outlook profile, please try to recreate a new profile and readd your account to test(Control Panel>Mail>Show profiles>Add>readd your account).

If your issue still exists or that's not your case, please provide me with more information about your issues and I would continue to research it with you.
