Here is my question.
Scenario: Can't boot to Win 11, even safe mode. Windows won't boot because of corrupted registry.
I have a backup of the registry hive. Can I replace the corrupted registry with a good backup using
bootable media to a cmd prompt. Can I just copy the hives to windows? Where would I copy them to if possible?

What is the error message when you attempt to boot?
Do you have access to the Windows installation media?
No error message and yes, I have bootable Win 11 Pro media.
You may boot from Windows 11 and you will have option to repair Windows installation and you may use it to repair install the Windows. In worse, case you need to reinstall Windows and your data will be place in a folder known as Windows.old.
