Unable to sign into Microsoft Store

I'm having trouble signing into the Microsoft Store or Xbox app. When I click on the sign-in button, nothing happens. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?

    Press Windows Key + R, type wsreset.exe and press Enter. The Store will open automatically after a reset.

    Try resetting the app. Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find "Microsoft Store" or "Xbox app" in the list, click on it, and select "Advanced options." Click "Reset" and confirm.
