Outdated cache and cookies can sometimes interfere with video playback. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then restarting your browser.

If videos aren't working in your usual browser, try opening Microsoft Learn in a different browser.

Some videos on Microsoft Learn are hosted on Microsoft Stream. If you're having trouble with these specifically, check the Microsoft Stream service status page to see if there are any known outages: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/service-updates

You can usually find a "Report a problem" link on the Microsoft Learn website. They can investigate the issue further.

    Hi Harshkumar Shastri,

In addition to the above the answer provided by @S.Sengupta, we request you to try the following steps:

1.Ensure that you are using a modern browser such as Edge or Chrome. Update your browser to the latest version if necessary.

2.Check if any browser addons/extensions are interfering with video playback. Try playing the video in a private incognito window without addons enabled to see if it works.

3.Verify if there are any firewall restrictions that might be blocking the video content. You may need to adjust your firewall settings to allow access to the course content.

4.Clear your browser's cache and cookies using the Ctrl + F5 shortcut or through the browser settings. This can resolve issues related to cached data interfering with video playback.

5.If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily to see if it's causing any issues with video playback.

6.If your internet connection is slow, the video may not load in time. Wait for some time to see if the video eventually loads or consider using a faster internet connection.

If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll gladly provide additional assistance.

If the solution provided has resolved the problem, please consider acknowledging it by clicking the "Upvote and Accept answer" button to improve the visibility of this question for other members of the Microsoft Q&A community.

    Thank you.
