i was trying to troubleshoot with high cpu usage from an app called system. i saw from one of the posts that doing a clean boot could help find the problem. and when i clean booted my computer, a message saying "something happened and your pin isn't avaliable, click to set up your pin again", when i tried to this showed up. i believe i cannot load into recovery mode either after trying several solutions

    Hello,

I doubt if when we tried to perform a clean boot, the Microsoft service had been disabled.

Could you try to boot into Safe Mode. Follow the steps below

How to Fix “Something Happened and Your Pin Isn’t Available” Error in Windows (helpdeskgeek.com)

If you can’t boot into your system try doing the following:

First try to boot into Safe Mode by constantly pressing F8 or Shift + F8 during the start-up sequence until the “Advanced Boot Options” menu appears, then select “Safe Mode”.

If you have a Windows installation disc or a system repair disc, you can use that to boot into the Windows Recovery Environment and select “System Restore” or “Startup Repair”.

If you can’t boot into recovery at all, consider creating a Windows 11 bootable USB, boot the system from it, and then select “Repair your Computer” to access the recovery options.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
