Error Deploying Mistral-Large on Azure Ai

I tried deploying the mistral-large model on azure ai on us east2 and have permissions to do so. But during the initialization phase the subscription gets denied with the error cannot create marketplace subscription with Trace ID : 4f31c8de-58b0-4e87-9861-2e06b9420a7b

Are you following any documentation? Did you check Deploy Mistral Large with pay-as-you-go already?
For Mistral family models, the pay-as-you-go model deployment offering is only available with AI hubs created in East US 2 and France Central regions.
