Subscription Renewal

I have Microsoft 365 Business Standard. I received email to renew my subscription, however when I click to renew I get the below error message:

"You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action."

How can I renew my subscription before it expires?

Hi, thanks for the info. I cleared my browser cache and logged back in but that didn't resolve the issue. It appears that it is sending me to my school subscription account which obviously I cannot renew. The subscription I want to renew is my personal Microsoft 365 Business Standard. So, I still need help to do this. Thank you.

Hi, please go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Credential Manager and delete Web Credentials and Windows Credentials for School subscription account. And Start Registry Editor- Navigate to the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity (Please back up the registry key first)

Delete the Identity key.
