    I believe you are running Enterprise version of Windows 10 and because it is not a home user version, you will not be able to upgrade using this tool. If your PC is part of a company, you will need to ask your IT department to do it. If not you will have to manually download the latest build and manually install it. In addition, you may check Windows Update and download and install the latest update and sometimes the latest build is being offered through Windows Update.
