Hi,

i have issue on scsm data warehouse/reporting not showing in console after upgrade scsm version from 2012 to scsm 2019

appreciate your support on this case User's image

Hi,

You can only upgrade to System Center 2019 from System Center 2016 or 1801 or 1807.

Plan the upgrade to System Center 2019 - Service Manager

To upgrade to System Center 2016, an in-place upgrade from Service Manager 2012 R2 to Service Manager 2016 is supported. An in-place upgrade is an upgrade of all Service Manager parts on the same hardware.

Upgrade Path: 2012 R2 -> 2016 -> 2019

HI XinGuo-MSFT,

I have followed MS Doc for upgrade from SM 2012R2 to 2016 and then 2019 but for DW there was no info about exist DW version 2012 r2 and the only mentioned in Doc was to build new DW which i did but still SM console didn't able to fetch any info about DW/Report tab on console after upgrade SM and build new DW then Register to SM Console !!
