Using - Translator - Auth problem

Hi,
I want to user the translator in an Stand Alone App.
In the header I put the value for 'Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key'
In the App I found under 'keys and Endpoints' two keys and a region.
I use one of the Keys as 'Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key'.

If I make a Post I've got the following message

{"error":{"code":401001,"message":"The request is not authorized because credentials are missing or invalid."}}

Is this not the 'Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key'? What have I done wrong?

Please ensure that you add the right API key and region from the Azure AI Translator resource from the portal:

Also ensure that you have enabled the Access from all networks under the Networking tab as shown below:

Thank you for the explanation. I use the Delphi language for connecting the Translator. So I havn't the Units Azure and Azure.AI.Translation.Text.

I try several ways to set the Subscription-Key in the Header of the request, but it didn't accept it.

request.CustHeaders.Add('Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key', authToken);

request.CustHeaders.Add('Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Region', region);

@MiJe Thanks for your reply. Could you please confirm if you have followed the action plan of enabling the access from all network as mentioned above ? Awaiting your reply.

Certainly I can do! I've checked it and 'All Networks' are enabled.

Worst production day on the weekend. The error is misleading in many ways. The error message is 100% wrong with the right keys.

Microsoft,

The same error can also be reproduced from your portal with the right keys. You can see the same error in the debugging window. Please request that your development team focus more on testing before releasing it to everyone.
