I want to create an Account in portal.azure.com with my company email id , but when i entered my company email id , it will redirect me to GoDaddy page but I have no email service with GoDaddy , please help me how i resolve this issue it

I want to create an Account in portal.azure.com with my company email id , but when I entered for creation with my company email id , it will redirect me to GoDaddy page but I have no email service with GoDaddy , i also talk to Microsoft they said talk to Azure portal but I am unable to raise a ticket with my private id . Can any one have the solution for it , either if Microsoft have my domain in there tenant then remove it so that i will able to create my Azure portal id ..

    I understand your query, when you try to create an Azure account with your company email, it’s being recognized as a “work or school account” and is redirecting you to GoDaddy’s page This could happen due to your domain was used with GoDaddy’s and the way your domain is set up with Microsoft.

    Since you are using the work account if your organization using the Microsoft Azure, you can reach your organization IT department to allow the access to Azure portal.

    If possible, try using a different email domain that isn’t associated with GoDaddy or Microsoft to create your Azure account.
