How to combine multiple .xml files of type spreadsheets into a single .xml file or single excel file using cmd or dos?

Hi,

For example if there are 10 .xml files having some 20 rows and 5 coulmns in each file, how do we combine all files into a single .xml file or a single .csv or a excel sheet ?
