IP restriction on Azure tenant

Question

Hi,

I am trying to restrict access to our 2 Azure tenants by allowing only access for our office IP and our VPN IP.

As far as I understand this can be done via Conditional Access in Ms Entra Admin Center.

3 questions about this :

1. Is this the correct way of doing it
2. Is there another way
3. Does it require Ms Entra ID Premium for this
