How to create Azure Storage account and upload files to Azure blob storage

Hello, Can I create Azure Storage Account, Container and Upload files to Storage Account with the free trial account?
We have been trying to upload a file but we get a forbidden message.

-Also, try to upload same files in Azure Storage explorer tool and share the results.
