    Hello Joao Marreiros,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

It seems you’re experiencing difficulties with closing an existing sandbox. We’re eager to help you resolve this issue!

To close the sandbox, simply issue the ‘Exit’ command in the CLI portal, which you’ll find adjacent to the ‘Activate Sandbox’ option, and then exit the sandbox by clicking on Quit option from the popup.

Alternatively, you can sign out of the Azure portal where the MS Learn Sandbox is activated already. By doing so, the current session will automatically terminate before the set timeframe expires. Please be aware that our access to MS Learn and Azure platforms is limited, with only 20 sandboxes available each day. Verify your usage quota, and if you’ve previously activated a sandbox that is now closed, ensure to reactivate it before proceeding.

Initiate a new sandbox: After successfully closing the prior sandbox, you may begin a fresh one by adhering to the established guidelines for setting up a sandbox environment within Azure.
